Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 7 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with tags, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at nakshidecor@gmail.com. Once we accept your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that we will not accept any items sent back without prior return request.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the item immediately and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

 

Non-returnable Items
Certain items such as, personalized products, perishable goods, and personal care items (such as beauty products) cannot be returned. Additionally, we do not accept hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about the eligibility of your specific item for return.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
